Playback that needs no deployment
Live streams and on-demand video play through HTML5 on laptops and phones with no browser plug-in to install, and viewers switch between HD and SD themselves. This removes the usual failure point: an IT team asked to push a player to every device, and a proportion of the audience who never manage to watch anything.
Built to be the system of record
Recording reliability comes from hot backup across network ports, power supplies and disks in RAID 5, plus backup within a resource pool and across multiple resource pools. Files are stored encrypted and can be dumped to IP SAN or NAS storage, with capacity expandable as the archive grows.
