Fast Vision Company has been assessed as conforming to ISO 31000:2018, the international guidelines for risk management, under certificate MQM.ERM.2508003 issued by Modern Quality Makers. Where ISO 9001 asks whether work is done correctly, ISO 31000 asks what could go wrong before it does. On display and low-current projects the recurring risks are concrete rather than abstract: a structure that cannot carry the load of a large LED wall, a lead time that slips and delays a fit-out handover, working at height in an occupied building, a fire alarm or access control system taken offline during migration, or an outdoor display specified below the brightness the site actually demands. Applying ISO 31000 means those risks are identified during the survey and design stage, assigned an owner, and mitigated in the method statement — instead of surfacing as a variation order midway through installation.
