Hospitality Displays for Hotels in Saudi Arabia

A hospitality display is not a television with a hotel logo on it. It is a managed endpoint on your property network — configured identically in every room, updated centrally, locked against guest tampering, and cleared automatically at checkout.Fast Vision supplies, installs and configures hospitality displays across the Kingdom as an authorised Samsung distributor, with stock held locally and installation teams based in Riyadh. We handle the full scope: site survey, supply, mounting, configuration cloning, PMS integration and handover.

Why a consumer TV costs more in the end
Properties sometimes install retail televisions to save on the purchase order. The saving usually disappears inside the first year.A consumer set cannot be managed centrally, so staff configure every room by hand — and repeat it after every firmware update. It cannot be locked down, so guests reach the factory reset, sign into personal accounts, and leave those accounts signed in after checkout. It does not carry LYNK DRM, which most premium content and IPTV providers require before they will license content to a property. And its warranty typically excludes commercial use, so the first failure is yours.A hospitality display removes all four problems on day one.

Sizes

43" · 50" · 55" · 65" · 75" — from stock in the Kingdom

Remote management

LYNK REACH 4.0 and LYNK Cloud — over coax, LAN or Wi-Fi

Broadcast

LYNK DRM, IPTV and traditional broadcast, hotel channel list

Full PMS integration

Reads the guest record from Opera, Protel or your PMS through the hospitality middleware layer — name, language, room, folio.

Personalised welcome

The guest's name and your greeting appear on power-on, in their registered language, with no action from staff.

In-room service from the screen

Room service ordering, housekeeping requests, spa and restaurant promotion — charges posted to the folio.

Your brand, not Samsung's

A custom interface carrying the hotel's logo, colours, service menu and local information.

Configuration cloning

One configured set is cloned to the rest of the property by USB or network. A 200-room property is set up in a day.

Automatic reset at checkout

Guest data, viewing history and any signed-in accounts are cleared the moment the room checks out.

Models we supply
Two Samsung hospitality series cover the full size range. Both carry LYNK Cloud management, LYNK DRM and USB cloning, so a property can mix them across room categories without splitting its operations.

HAU8000 — Home App interface on the Eden UI, with H.Browser for integrator-developed in-room applications. The right choice when your system integrator builds and controls the guest experience.

HBU8000 — Smart Hub interface with the streaming services guests already subscribe to, plus OTS Lite virtual 3D audio and an adjustable stand that clears a soundbar. The right choice when the in-room experience is streaming-led.

What a Fast Vision deployment includes
1. Site survey. Room categories, wall build-up, existing cabling, network readiness and mounting positions — recorded per room type, not per floor.
2. Specification. Model and size per category, mount type, and a bill of quantities you can price against.
3. Supply from local stock. Lead time on a replacement panel is a business risk for a live property. We hold stock inside the Kingdom.
4. Mounting and cabling. Slim wall mounts, cable management, and RJ12/IR pass-through where room controls require it.
5. Configuration and cloning. One master configuration — channel list, welcome screen, volume ceiling, power-on state — cloned across the property.
6. PMS integration. Coordinated with your PMS vendor and IPTV middleware provider. Note that the PMS interface licence is usually a separate cost from the PMS vendor.
7. Handover and support. Staff training on the management platform, documentation, and a local support team in Riyadh.

Can I use a normal TV in a hotel room?

Technically yes, practically no. A consumer set cannot be centrally managed or locked down, does not carry LYNK DRM for protected content, and its warranty typically excludes commercial use. Staff end up configuring each room by hand.

What does PMS integration actually deliver?

A personalised welcome with the guest's name, automatic interface language from the guest profile, folio review and express checkout from the screen, in-room ordering posted to the folio, and automatic clearing of guest data at checkout.

Which sizes suit which room category?

43" and 50" for standard and superior rooms, 55" for deluxe and executive, 65" and 75" for suite living areas and majlis. Viewing distance decides it, not budget.

How long does an installation take?

Room access is the constraint, not the work. With a full crew and cloned configuration, allow one to two floors per day.

Do you supply outside Riyadh?

Yes — we deliver and install across the Kingdom, with stock held locally to keep replacement lead times short.
