LED Displays and Digital Signage for Salam Mobile Showroom — King Fahd Road, Riyadh

Fast Vision delivered the complete digital display system for the Salam Mobile showroom on King Fahd Road in Riyadh: indoor LED walls built from Hikvision cabinets, a full-height vertical display column, 32-inch interactive touch screens, a wall of 13-inch framed displays and freestanding display units — all managed from Samsung MagicINFO, as part of a rollout programme covering 155 branches.

Display Zones

PlayStation zones: two indoor LED walls behind the try-before-you-buy stations, running interactive and game content directly Central column: a vertical display column running the height of the showroom, visible from both floors Service area: a wide display wall behind the service counter for plans and services Framed wall: 13-inch displays set into frames across the wall as working décor Interaction points: 32-inch touch screens for browsing devices and offers Freestanding units: portable portrait display units for active campaigns

The Challenge

The showroom is not one display environment but six inside a single space, each with a different viewing distance and a different job. The central column is read from the opposite floor, tens of metres away; the framed wall is read at arm's length; the PlayStation wall is watched from inside the play zone itself. Using one screen type across all of them would have meant excessive brightness in one place and insufficient legibility in another. The second challenge is that here the screens are part of the interior design rather than fixtures attached to it. The column, the frames and the gaming zones were designed to carry displays within their structure, which meant installing every unit inside predetermined dimensions while keeping it serviceable and accessible afterwards. The third is the heaviest: what was built here is not one showroom but the reference specification for 155 of them. Every decision on standardisation and content management is multiplied by a hundred and fifty-five.

The Solution

The system was built in four layers. LED walls: Hikvision DS-D4418FI-CKF and Hikvision DS-D4025CS-1F cabinets across the large surfaces, using two pixel densities matched to viewing distance — the finer pitch where visitors stand close, such as the PlayStation zones and the service wall, and the wider pitch where content is read from a distance, such as the central column. LED was chosen over tiled LCD for two reasons: a continuous surface with no bezels cutting through the image, and the ability to shape the surface to the architecture, which is what made the vertical column feasible at all. Interaction: 32-inch touch screens at the device stations, letting customers browse models, plans and offers directly instead of relying on printed material that has to be reprinted on every price change. Close-range display: a wall of 13-inch displays set into frames, functioning as décor and as display at once and turning a wall that would otherwise be static into updatable content space — alongside freestanding portrait units moved to wherever the active campaign sits on the floor. Centralised management: every screen, regardless of size, runs on Samsung MagicINFO, so a promotional change is executed once from a single point and reaches every display in the showroom. That same structure is what makes extending to 155 branches a matter of adding sites rather than rebuilding the system.

Execution

The flagship showroom was delivered zone by zone: support structures for each wall and for the central column, built to the dimensions allocated in the interior design; cabinet installation with flatness and edge alignment checked at every joint; then the framed wall, the touch points and the freestanding units. The network was run and every screen connected to MagicINFO, with content templates built and access permissions assigned, followed by final calibration to match brightness and colour temperature between adjacent screens under the showroom's actual lighting. The flagship showroom took two months to complete, and on handover was adopted as the reference specification replicated across the remaining branches, reaching 155 branches delivered.

Results

One showroom running six integrated display environments managed from a single point, and a unified specification replicated across 155 branches. The clearest practical effect is that a campaign which previously required printing, distribution and installation at every branch is now published digitally from one location, and any change to a price or a plan reaches the entire network the same day.
