Description
Fast Vision delivered the complete digital display system for the TOTO showroom in Riyadh, covering indoor LED walls across the main areas, a set of digital signage displays in a range of sizes, interactive touch displays, and a central content management system tying the whole installation together. نفّذت فاست فيجن منظومة العرض الرقمي المتكاملة لمعرض TOTO في الرياض، شاملةً جدران LED داخلية في المناطق الرئيسية، ومجموعة من شاشات الديجيتال ساينج بمقاسات متعددة، وشاشات تفاعلية تعمل باللمس، ونظام إدارة محتوى مركزي يربط المنظومة بالكامل.
Scope of Work | نطاق العمل
Indoor LED walls were installed on steel structures fabricated specifically for each position, following a site survey establishing fixing points and mounting levels within the showroom's approved interior design. The work was carried out in coordination with the other fit-out trades on site, with adjacent surfaces and finishes protected throughout installation. A set of digital signage displays in varying sizes was also supplied and installed, each size selected to suit its position and viewing distance, alongside interactive touch displays at the points requiring direct interaction from the visitor. تم تركيب جدران LED داخلية على هياكل حديدية مصنّعة خصيصاً لكل موضع، بعد مسح الموقع وتحديد نقاط التثبيت ومناسيب التعليق ضمن التصميم الداخلي المعتمد للمعرض. ونُفّذ العمل بالتنسيق مع بقية أعمال التشطيب في الموقع، مع حماية الأسطح والتشطيبات المجاورة طوال مراحل التركيب. كما تم توريد وتركيب مجموعة من شاشات الديجيتال ساينج بمقاسات مختلفة، اختير كل مقاس بما يناسب موضعه ومسافة المشاهدة فيه، إلى جانب شاشات تفاعلية تعمل باللمس في النقاط التي تتطلّب تفاعلاً مباشراً من الزائر.
Operation and Management | التشغيل والإدارة
Every display — across all types and sizes — was connected to a central content management system, so the installation is operated and updated from a single point rather than screen by screen. The scope included system configuration, building display templates, assigning access permissions, and training the operating team. رُبطت الشاشات جميعها — على اختلاف أنواعها ومقاساتها — بنظام إدارة محتوى مركزي، بحيث يُدار العرض ويُحدَّث المحتوى من نقطة واحدة دون الحاجة إلى التعامل مع كل شاشة على حدة. وشمل نطاق العمل تهيئة النظام وبناء قوالب العرض وتوزيع الصلاحيات وتدريب الفريق المشغّل.
Execution | التنفيذ
Work began with the supporting structures, power provisions and cable routes prepared before the finishes were closed, followed by installation of the cabinets and displays with levelling and edge alignment checked, connection of the sending and control units, and colour and brightness calibration between adjacent surfaces under the venue's actual lighting. The project was handed over ready to operate after final testing of the system as a whole. بدأ العمل بتجهيز الهياكل الحاملة ونقاط التغذية ومسارات الكابلات قبل إغلاق التشطيبات، ثم تركيب الكبائن والشاشات وضبط الاستواء وتطابق الحواف، وتوصيل وحدات الإرسال والتحكم، ومعايرة اللون والسطوع بين الأسطح المتجاورة تحت الإضاءة الفعلية للمكان. وسُلّم المشروع جاهزاً للتشغيل بعد الاختبار النهائي على المنظومة مجتمعة.

An integrated display system running across the main areas of the showroom, combining LED walls, interactive displays and signage screens under single-point management — where content changes digitally from one place instead of being printed and replaced, with one consistent visual identity across every surface, matched to the standard expected of a global brand in a space where customers come to see the product up close. منظومة عرض متكاملة تعمل في المناطق الرئيسية للمعرض، تجمع جدران LED والشاشات التفاعلية وشاشات العرض تحت إدارة واحدة — يتغيّر فيها المحتوى رقمياً من نقطة واحدة بدل الطباعة والاستبدال، بهوية بصرية موحّدة على كل الأسطح، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى علامة عالمية في مساحة عرض يزورها العميل ليشاهد المنتج عن قرب.
