The ES3 sits at the top of the IdeaHub range, and what separates it from the rest of the family lives entirely in its capture systems.

The dual-lens camera combines a wide-angle and a telephoto lens in one module with 5x optical zoom. The practical benefit: in a long room, a single-lens camera either shows everyone as small figures or zooms on one person and loses the rest. This system does both — it tracks the speaker and keeps them at roughly 60% of the frame out to six metres, while the wide lens holds the room context. Tracking range is double the previous generation.

A 24-microphone array with 15-metre pickup across a 180° field. That figure is the difference between a room seating twenty people where the person at the far end is heard clearly, and a room where participants have to move closer to the screen. The array includes acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain control, AI removal of over 300 noise types, and DNN-based dereverberation — the last of which specifically addresses glass-walled rooms, common in modern Saudi buildings.

The panel is 4K IPS at 350 nits with zero-gap bonding and 85% NTSC colour gamut, certified by TÜV Rheinland for eye comfort — a point specifically asked about in education and government tenders. It supports 32 touch points on HarmonyOS and 50 on Windows, with sub-5 ms touch response and 16 ms writing latency.

The system runs an eight-core processor with 12 GB RAM and 128 GB storage — the highest in the family. HarmonyOS is built in, Windows runs via optional OPS, and MTBF exceeds 100,000 hours.
