DS-D4218FI-CWF — P1.8 Cabinet for Larger Walls on a Smaller Electrical Load
This is the cabinet to specify when the wall needs to be big rather than close. It shares the same 600 × 337.5 mm body as its P1.5 sibling, but at 1.875 mm pitch its 320 × 180 resolution means ⚙️ a 6 × 6 array reaches exactly 1920 × 1080 across 3.60 m by 2.03 m — a fifth more diagonal for the same pixel count. The electrical consequence is the more interesting one: peak draw is ≤ 336 W/m² against 750 W/m² on the finer model, so a larger wall can be delivered on a smaller distribution board, thinner feeds and less cooling. On a project where the electrical room is already committed, that is often what decides the pitch.

Where it fits best
Lobbies, atriums, exhibition halls and auditorium backdrops — spaces where the audience stands back and the wall needs presence more than it needs detail. Comfortable viewing starts at roughly two metres at this pitch (an industry rule of thumb, not a datasheet figure).
